Featured in Groupon

Almost everyday I will check and clear my e-mail and at the same time, I will check out what were the great deals and offers by this everybody's favourite online deal's website, Groupon.my. Then, I came across this getaways deals that offer accommodation in Bali and so coincidentally, I happened to stay in this hotel last month during my trip to Bali.

Featured in Groupon 01

So, I decided to scroll down to read the reviews and to my huge surprised, I saw my name and my review.
Featured in Groupon 02

I know that this might not a big deal to you but to me, it was totally something which I never thought of that my review will being featured in Groupon.my's website. The feelings that I had at that moment is totally hard to explain, it's somekind like hit the jackpot.

I did submitted my review to Agoda in order to earn more points and also Tripadvisor but seriously, never thought of this at all. Imagine, almost 200 people submitted their review but my review was out of the three who being featured.

A small little thing can make me happy to the max. Won't you feel the same thing too? Another thing that make me happy is non other than travelling. Just back from Hong Kong & Macau less than 6 days, I am flying to another country which I never been before. Or, I can said, another new continent to explore and this mark my 7th international trip for this year. Will be back Malaysia a week later!

Oh ya, before I forget, wishing you all especially the Chinese a Happy Mooncake Festival! Enjoy playing the lantern and be careful!

My #7SuperShots

I was reading My 7 Super Shots post by Fie-nuts not until when I read until the end, she tagged me to do the same post too. I was so surprised but thanks for the tagged, Fie and giving me the chance to participate in this HostelBookers 7 Super Shots. Well, like everyone said, "A photo speak a thousand words by itself" and I believe that photo plays important role too when comes to travelling as it creates and brings spectacular memories of all the beautiful memories that you'd been through from the journey.

Hereby, I share my own list for the photo that...

#1. Takes my breath away

#7SuperShots - 01
Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia (2011) - Who can image the aerial view photo that I took from hundred feet above the sea it likes telling me, "Smile and the world will smile to you". And even you'll get to see a love shape island on the left-hand side of this look-like-face aerial view.

#2. Makes me laugh or smile

#7SuperShots - 02
Jeju Island, South Korea (2011) - Everytime when I browsing back especially this photo which I took in "Love Land" and reminiscence all the statues I seen, I feels like can't stop laughing on how this place demonstrate especially the newly wed couple of Korean how to make love. I'm kid not!

#3. Makes me dream

#7SuperShots - 03
Kyoto, Japan (2010) - Dreaming that I could revisit Japan again someday and manage to wear kimono in Japan itself as I experienced wearing "hanbok" in Korea and even the Chinese dynasty princess costume  in China but never got the chance to wear kimono.

#4. Makes me think

#7SuperShots - 04
Manchester United Stadium, United Kingdom (2008) - Got the chance to visit this spectacular and glory Red Devil's stadium but I was thinking if I got the chance to watch the live football match, how will the crowd with thousand of audience would be? Not only holding the banner, shouting for "GOAL GOAL" until my lung will come out from my body but also making a wave with the crowd together which I never got the chance to experience before.

#5. Makes my mouth water

#7SuperShots - 05
Hong Kong (2010) - Just like it literally means, "touch your heart", dim sum is always my favourite local delicacies which not only I love to enjoy in Hong Kong itself, also as a brunch (the combination of both breakfast and lunch) with my family together.

#6. Tells a story

#7SuperShots - 06
Verona, Italy (2008) - Looks like everyone is writing their love wishes, make a sincere wish and stick it on the wall so that he/she could be together with his/her other half could live happily ever. "Till death tears us apart"

#7. I am most proud of (aka my worthy of National Geographic shot)

#7SuperShots - 07
Phuket, Thailand (2012) - Waiting with passionate but almost got sunburned just to witness the magnificent and famous sunset view from Promthep Cape. Totally no regret!

Featured Twitterer in BorneoColours.com

Being part of a Borneon girl is always what I proud of. Not just that, I am very proud too to tell my friend that I'm not just a Sabahan lady, but I am a Sarawakian too. Quite complicated to explain this but not matter where I from, I always proud to become a Malaysian. Malaysia my home, my place.

A few weeks after being informed by Malaysia Asia that I was featured in his blog as "Malaysia Travel Blog List", I was given another surprised by admin of BorneoColours.com, Tom Rungitom that he invited me to be the Featured Twitterer in BorneoColours.com for September (another delayed post again). Guess what? By the time I received his message via fb, I will flying off to Korea in another 4 days. Double happiness at that period and I almost can't sleep at night. Hype to the max!

Bc Buddy 01

Frankly speaking, I'm not really like to ask you guys to follow my twitter because I crap a lot especially of my everyday lifestyle & personal activities. This is why nowadays you won't see I blog much about my own personal lifestyle in my blog. I tend to prefer "tweet tweet".

Bc Buddy 02

Therefore, when one of the interview questions asked "Why should I follow you on Twitter?", my best answer was - I won't force you to follow me on Twitter but if you do, "Follow at your own risk".

However, my old Twitter account @dianateodt came to its end when I unable to log in last month. It was being hacked when I was holiday in Malacca and all this while, I can only tweet using my smartphone. I has this bad habit where I didn't practice the attitude of signing out after done with the social network. Experienced this before where my hotmail being hacked, but I still don't learn the lesson. Because of that, I has decided to create a new Twitter account @dtdianateo. So for those who follow me before, you may follow me @dtdianateo now.

The blue bird mascot of Twitter is best describe about myself because blue is my all time favourite colour and I want to become free as the bird where I can fly as high as I can and travel all around the world.
Once again, thanks thanks thanks to everyone who willing to follow me on my twitter. Do follow me @dtdianateo but a strong reminder, "Follow at your own risk". Thanks to Tom Rungitom too for giving me this wonderful opportunity.

Featured in Malaysia Asia :D

Like every afternoon I have when there is no class, I will lay on my bed either reading comic books or can said being slacked. Then I saw I had notification from Facebook saying that I have message.

I am damn elated to receive message from David Jr, who is the blog owner of Malaysia Asia saying that I have been featured on his blog as "Malaysia Travel Blogger List".

Malaysia Travel Bloggers List

Malaysia Travel Bloggers List 02

It's totally out of my expectation and I never ever thought I will being featured in one of his list as I just currently changed my blog niche towards more on travel and trips.

Honestly to say that I can't claim myself to be one of the travel blogger that has "TRAVEL AROULD THE WORLD" because there are hundred of countries out there that I haven't left my foot prints on such as Australia, North America, South America and even Africa. Up to date, I had only visited 18 countries but hopefully more to come in future. razz
Thanks to David Jr, once again for this special feature. It means a lot to me and my blog especially. Do check out his prominent and informative travel blog with all the awesome and spectacular photo - Malaysia Asia.

Not forgeting congratulation to other Sabahan bloggers; Mei Tzeu and CathJ who were being featured part of the list too.
